Our cultured Thuppa comes from the native Hallikar cow's milk. We turn grass-fed Hallikar milk into curds and churn it for butter. After boiling in an iron kadia on a wood-fired stove, our in-house butter leaves behind rich, probiotic thuppa. This is how generations before us have always made Ghee.
The best part? It doesn't matter if you are lactose or casein intolerant. You can have some of our probiotic, grass-fed Ghee. This stuff is good. Good for your gut, and the livelihoods of the women making it.
